How the investigation works
A provider isolates a suitable section and monitors it under a test procedure appropriate to the material and system. Results need to account for temperature, trapped air and the condition of valves and connections.
Prepare for your call
A pressure drop does not by itself reveal the exact leak location. Ask which section will be tested, whether water service must be interrupted and how a failed result will be investigated.
Agree on the scope before booking
Ask the independent provider to confirm coverage at your Lincoln address, diagnostic fees, access requirements and the findings you will receive. Testing, repairs and restoration may be quoted separately.

Questions before you call
Is this test available at my property?
Availability depends on your system, access and the independent provider’s capabilities. Describe your requirements when calling.
Does testing include repairs?
Confirm this directly with the provider. A diagnostic scope does not automatically include repair, excavation, restoration or certification.
